We tried automation before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

Because most automation starts with the tool and works backwards. We start by measuring what's actually costing you, and we only build where the numbers say it's worth it. If they don't, we tell you.

Will my team actually use it?

It's built inside the tools they already use, and they keep the final say on anything that matters — money, customers, judgement. Nothing bolted on, nothing taken away.

Do you need access to our systems?

For the diagnostic, no. We work from a walkthrough of how your team does the job and from documents you already have. For a build, yes, and we agree exactly what, in writing, before we touch anything. The build is not part of the diagnostic.

What if it doesn't work?

Every build has a number we agreed before starting. If we don't hit it, we keep going until we do, or we tell you plainly why we can't.

Who are you?

A UK operations engineering firm. Before paid work starts, you will know who leads the engagement, who delivers the work, and what relevant experience they bring.

What does the paid diagnostic include?

The paid diagnostic follows one agreed workflow end to end. It produces an operations map with labelled estimates, ranked opportunities, and a clear recommendation that may be not to build. It takes about two weeks. You walk us through how the job is done and share documents you already have. We do not need access to your systems. The range is £1,500–2,500. Scope and the fixed price are agreed before work begins. Implementation is not included. A build is a separate, optional scope with its own written fixed price.

How long does it take?

The diagnostic takes about two weeks. A build, if you commission one, is a separate scope and is usually live within four to eight weeks.

What size of business is this for?

UK service businesses with roughly 10–50 employees that have recurring operational workflows and no dedicated automation team. Headcount in that range is not, on its own, a fit. Bridgr may consider businesses outside that range, including 5–200+ employees, when the workflow economics justify it.
